Baby Bank & Beyond CIC are a volunteer led, not for profit organisation based in Hellingly near Hailsham and have been providing pre loved baby and young child basics to local families for over 2 years now.
We pass on good quality, donated basics – clothing, equipment (like highchairs, stairgates and prams), bedding, toys and toiletries and will soon be giving out our 2000th bundle.
For many families, times are difficult at the moment not only because of low incomes but also providing things for your children becomes more complicated if you suffer from poor mental health, are unemployed, escaping domestic abuse, are sick or seeking asylum.
Two of our CIC directors live in Seaford, so our connections are strong and we are pleased to be able to cover the town with baby and young child basics 0-10 years as every child deserves to have these regardless of their family circumstances.
We also cover the Havens via the local Community Supermarkets.
If you’d like any support and have nowhere else to turn, please just get in touch. Our service is free and we don’t need a referral from a community or health professional (although we take those too!) to help.
