Commonwealth War Graves Commission Remembrance Service Tuesday 12th November 10:45am Seaford Cemetery, Alfriston Road.

The cemetery at Alfriston Road Seaford contains areas set aside where there are 275 graves tended by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. The graves are of service people who served in both the 1st and 2nd world wars. Only a few of the service personnel came from Seaford, many are soldiers from the Caribbean, Canada as well as soldiers from other parts of Great Britain who died in this country. Representatives and relatives from the governments from the Caribbean nations and from Canada are present at the service together with relatives of those buried here. Everyone is welcome to attend.
