McCarthy and Stone have chosen not to progress with their plans for a retirement living facility on the site of the Constitutional Club in Crouch Lane which received planning approval last year.
Churchill Living and Weatherstone Properties Group are now planning to redevelop the site providing approximately 44 one and two bed retirement living apartments.
Churchill Living have published their initial proposals for the land at the Seaford Constitutional Club site, Crouch Lane and are holding a virtual exhibition to enable local residents to comment on the proposal.
