Three Free Green Sock Movement Extreme Beach Cleans !!!

FOR A CLEANER PLANET

First Beach Clean

FRIDAY 19th JULY – 5pm until sunset is at Birling Gap

We walk a mile away from the metal steps either side removing as much plastic trash and marine debris as possible and get it all back to the bins.

A stunning location whichever direction you choose to go. We will have three hours safe access to the whole coastline so start your walk back to the steps by 8pm with your full gathering bags!

We will be camping out for the evening to enjoy the beautiful location as the sun sets!

Second Beach Clean

SATURDAY 20th JULY – from 12 noon at Hope Gap

We will be meeting at South Hill Barn car park to walk down to Hope Gap to gain access all afternoon into the evening to this incredible coastscape and clear it of as much plastic trash as possible. Volunteers can head east towards Splashpoint and back exploring this magnificent little stretch of coastline or west towards Cuckmere Haven as the tide goes out and enjoy this world famous coastline whilst clearing it as they go. Once again we will be camping out late into the evening to enjoy the sunset from high up upon the hilltop at South Hill Barn. Join us at any time during the afternoon and evening. Any questions, just ask!

Third Beach Clean

SUNDAY 21st JULY – all day from 10am at Cuckmere Haven

On the Seven Sisters Country Park side of the river estuary at the sea end doing our monthly Green Sock Movement Extreme Beach Clean all along the shingle beaches and flood plains, along the river banks and footpaths and out along the stunning coastline towards Birling Gap as the tide goes out later in the afternoon. We will be on the estuary all day into the evening so come and join us at any time.

All are welcome to join us at any time over the weekend at any of the locations. Any questions just ask.

Hope we will see you out on the coast sometime this weekend.
